Buick Regal GS Earns Top "10 Future Collector Cars Under $100,000" List

Hagerty Insurance releases an annual list of the top ten cars that they believe will someday be collector's items amongst devoted auto enthusiasts. Normally the list consists of the most recent iterations of cars like the Camaro, Mustang, and GT-R,  however, this year it featured a relatively pleasing surprise, with Buick taking the number one spot.

Declaring that this "isn't your Grandpa's Buick,"1 Hagerty Insurance admired the 2012 Buick Regal GS. There were several deciding factors and  Nalley Buick GMC believes each and everyone is a great selling point. For example,  Hagerty Insurance praises the car's low starting MSRP ($32,535) relative to the other autos on the list.  The car's performance more than speaks for itself. The car holds a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine under the hood that delivers 270 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft. of torque.

While the powerful ponies that the Buick Regal GS unleashes are nice to dream about, they aren't actually the main reason why Hagerty Insurance thinks so highly of it. The number one reason? The fact that Buick has done what few other automakers are still doing with their "sportier" vehicles today, which is to include a six-speed manual transmission. Each and every real performance enthusiast understands how much a manual transmission adds to the overall vehicle. The recent absence of them in performance-driven cars is purely undesirable.

If you're eager to feel the thrill of the 2012 Buick Regal in GS or any other option, then don't hesitate to contact us today, either online or by phone at 888-885-3476.
